Electrical work built around how Marion County houses are actually wired

Marion County has a housing stock problem that most of Florida does not. A large share of the homes here went up between 1972 and 1988, and a lot of them are still running the original service equipment. That means 100 amp panels feeding houses that have since added a second AC system, a pool pump, and a kitchen full of appliances that did not exist when the panel was installed.

We work on that specific problem. Service upgrades, panel replacements, and the surge protection that should go in at the same time. Florida records more cloud-to-ground lightning strikes than any other state, and a service panel is the single best place to stop a surge before it reaches the equipment it would otherwise destroy.

The other half of the work is rural. Marion County is horse country, and barns, well houses, and outbuildings have their own wiring rules and their own failure patterns. We do that work too, and we do not treat it as an afterthought.
